Product Description

Stumps, roots, rocks, and cement chunks do not stand a chance. The Ignite Attachments Stump Bucket Grapple is designed to work hand in hand with the Ignite Stump Bucket — digging, scooping, clamping, and transporting the toughest material on your property in one smooth, efficient operation.

The stump bucket digs deep and scoops out tree roots, rocks, and cement chunks clean. Then the grapple clamps down with a 41.7-inch jaw opening to securely grab and hold even the most awkward, hard-to-handle loads — moving them safely to a trailer or dump site without dropping a thing.

Built from laser-cut Grade 50 steel with robot-welded parts for consistent strength across every unit, this grapple is made to take daily punishment without wearing down. The bucket is reinforced with large gusset plates for extra strength exactly where it needs it most. Heavy-duty cylinder protection keeps downtime low, nylon-sleeved hoses protect against wear and damage, and greaseable pins make maintenance quick and easy.

Faster flat-faced hydraulic couplers connect quickly even with pressure in the lines — less setup time, more working time.

Please note: this grapple is compatible only with the Ignite Stump Bucket. It is not designed to fit other bucket brands or models.

Ideal For: Farmers, landowners, land clearing contractors, construction crews, and property owners who need to remove stumps, roots, rocks, and cement chunks and transport them cleanly and safely off the job site.

Q&A

Q: Will this grapple fit my current skid steer bucket or loader attachment?
A: No. This grapple is designed to work exclusively with the Ignite Stump Bucket. It is not compatible with other bucket brands or models. If you do not already own the Ignite Stump Bucket, you will need to purchase both together for the system to work correctly.

Q: What size machine does this grapple work with?
A: This grapple is built for machines up to 100 horsepower. Check your machine's HP rating before ordering to make sure it falls within this range.

Q: What is the maximum jaw opening on this grapple?
A: The grapple jaw opens up to 41.7 inches — wide enough to grab and transport large stumps, root balls, rocks, and cement chunks securely.

Q: Can this grapple handle rocks and cement chunks, not just stumps and roots?
A: Yes. The stump bucket digs and scoops rocks and cement chunks just like roots and stumps, and the grapple clamps down to transport them safely to a trailer or dump site.

Q: Can I connect the hydraulic couplers with pressure still in the lines?
A: Yes. The faster flat-faced hydraulic couplers are designed to connect quickly and easily even with pressure in the lines — no tools or special equipment needed.

Q: How do I maintain this grapple to keep it working long term?
A: Regular greasing of the pins is the most important maintenance step. The nylon-sleeved hoses protect the hydraulic lines from wear, and the heavy-duty cylinder protection keeps the cylinder safe from job site damage — all working together to keep maintenance low and service life long.

Q: Why are the parts robot welded?
A: Robot welding ensures every weld is consistent, strong, and precise — no weak spots, no variation from unit to unit. It is one of the reasons this grapple holds up under heavy daily use.

Q: Does this attachment come with everything I need to connect it to my machine?
A: Yes. The grapple includes the cylinder, cylinder guard, fittings, couplers, and hoses — everything you need to get it connected and running right out of the box.
