Orders Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped using fully tracked courier services, including UPS, and LTL freight and parcel carriers. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer or from our fulfillment partners within the United States. Processing times may vary depending on the brand — see below for any exceptions.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we confirm availability with our fulfillment partners and process your order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2-4 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment method, it will ship within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@logbearworks.com

Changing Address
If the order has processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate for this change. Please expect delays for all address changes. However, if there are any additional charges from our freight companies because of this change, this will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions Apply.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We work closely with our suppliers and carriers to ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed or you have a concern, please contact us, we resolve most issues within 24–48 hours. Once an order has shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please wait until delivery is complete and then contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
